If I could give this review zero stars I would. Arrogant,rude, and condescending. I have never been yelled at by a physician, this was a first. When I questioned the doctor about his unprofessional attitude and requested his name ( this was a “get care now” telephone visit) the doctor told me I could find it online and that he felt “ threatened” by me. Dr Mughal listen to me and give me good advice. I got back pain since February and went to urgent care 4 times. This is the only time my back pain gone and treated. Thanks Dr Mughal. I wish I see you at the 1st visiting urgent care then I did not suffer my back pain this long.
This doctor is so rude and disrespectful. He called me asking me what’s wrong with you? Not even a “Hello” or nothing. I said, what do you mean? He said well patients know what’s wrong with them? I said if I knew I wouldn’t be calling. he was so arrogant and then said, go to URGENT CARE. I will be reporting him.
All of my experiences with Dr. Mughal have been great.
