Dr. Yusuf did bilateral (both knees) full knee replacement on me close to 6 months ago. While the recovery of such a surgery is naturally rather arduous, the end result has been beyond what I could've ever expected. The care I received from the entire team was phenomenal. Kali Howard was patient and attentive to all my questions and queries to both prior and post concerns. The hospital team took such good care of me and kept me as comfortable as possible. The worst doctor I’ve ever encountered. If I could give zero stars, I would. I truly wish I had read the reviews before. One patient said he ruined her life and now I understand, because he ruined mine too. Before the surgery, the consultation lasted less than five minutes. He didn’t explain any of the risks. No care, no clarity, just cold indifference. After the surgery, he completely disappeared. No follow-up. No concern. No humanity. Extremely disappointed. No explanations, no care, and terrible communication from his staff. Would never recommend.
This doctor ruined my life! His staff is horrible will.leave you in horrible pain, send you to a hospital that is equally incompetent. Run!!! I'm permanently disabled directly as a result of incompetent staff and doctors!!
