The reviews posted had me concerned regarding this physician and staff. I can honestly say that everyone could not have been nicer. Dr Shalaby explained everything and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend this surgeon. Sometimes if you have a positive attitude and be prepared it helps the staff and doctor.
