Dr. Khalefih is a great doctor and we trust him completely. His secretary, on the other hand, is the worst. She doesn’t leave voice messages, doesn’t return calls, doesn’t answer the phone because she’s on her phone (watched while in the waiting room), doesn’t call when medicine has arrived so the child can have his vaccines. I don’t know a more incompetent person.
We have been taking our children to see Dr. Khalefih for 7 years, and we couldn’t be happier. From the very first newborn visit, they have provided incredibly thoughtful and thorough care. Dr. Khalefih truly listens to our concerns and has a wonderful way of making our kids feel comfortable and safe. We feel so lucky to have such a dedicated professional looking after our family!
