Didn't really recover enough from the procedure to ask questions about after care. And no one informed me verbally or via app messaging how to prepare or what to expect prior to the procedure. This procedure under best circumstances was a problem for me the uncertainty and lack of preparation made it a very difficult experience.
Only waited about 5 min. Saw Doctor right away. Wasn't rushed. Entire staff were friendly & knowledgeable. Good experience.
