If I could leave a review with a zero star instead of one, I would. My grandfather is due to have surgery tomorrow and the unprofessionalism out of this office is astonishing. They decided the day before a major surgery (which is so major they scheduled him within a week) we are trying to get taken care of before Christmas that he would need cardiac clearance including a NM scan.
