I came to this office for my VA appointment and I was seen my Jacqueline Thompson and she was fantastic. She was very professional the whole time, asked questions and answered mine so that I could understand what was going on. She was very respectful and made the appointment an amazing experience, I have heard horror stories of VA appointments and she more than exceeded my expectations.
