Haven't been returning my messages so I swung by the office in Smyrna and the office was gone. Then I called every number I can find but she's nowhere to be found. I've been waiting for some paperwork. Very inconvenient.
How can I make a appointment online i think they moved and I dont know where
Scheduling an appointment online was a breeze. I waited for a little while upon arrival but it's a doctor's office and I assumed I would be anyway. The nurse was very nice, and so was Dr. Gist. I felt valued during my exam and conversation regarding my health and concerns. However, it has now been over a month since testing and labs were done, and I have yet to hear from the dr regarding the results for either. Terrible communicators unless you're standing right in front of them. Dr. Gist, herself, is a nice person, the entire office is just ran very poorly.
I visited Dr. Gist office today for lab work & with hopes of discussing weight loss. I arrived 10 mins prior to the appointment time. There was one patient in the waiting area that was called to the back 1-2 mins after my arrival. After check in, I sat in the waiting room for 50 mins before asking the front desk the estimated wait time before I would be seen.The technician heard me ask and replied “It’s me.
