Lack of communication especially updating patient with results from external parties and need to improve the wait time when ask to wait in the waiting room and not over 30 minutes.
I've been to many Gyn doctors in the South FL area and every year after my annual exam, I would choose another Doctor until I found Dr. Osman. She is just the best Gynecologist I've been to. She cares, listens and is very professional and kind at the same time. She takes her time to listen to your concerns and to explain her answers to your questions. I initallially came to Dr. Osman after reading some awesome reviews. I recently made an appointment to see the doctor to confirm my pregnancy with my husband. When we made our appointment, we were very specific about having limited time available as we both work full time. This was supposed to be a super fun visit where my husband and I got to confirm our little peanut and maybe even hear their heartbeat. Never have I been more disappointed with a doctors office. Waited two hours and still wasn’t seen but got to listen to them all talking up a storm in the back while eating. This office used to be great but now it has gone extremely downhill and the main doctor is not even doing annual exams anymore. If it was her I would waited a century to see her but to have an assistant or nurse practitioner make you wait that long, is just ridiculous. Time to move on just like everyone else has told me to do.
