It kills me to give 1 star here. Let me say that this is not 1 star for Dr Osman. It's 1 star for the staff, I think her name was Kiera. I called to change my appointment because I didn't want to see the PA. The woman (Kiera?) changing the appointment was rude and practically hung up on me. She kept reminding me that she was doing me a favor. Her attitude was nasty. I love Dr Osman, 10 stars all the way for her. But unfortunately, this isn't the first time I've been disappointed by the general attitude from her staff.
I loved Dr.Osman, she was very friendly and welcoming she seemed so genuine
Dr. Osman made me feel relaxed and actually laugh when I was really worried about something. Her bedside manner is amazing and the advice was spot on!
