It’s always a pleasure to see and be seen by Dr. Osman. She is courteous, intelligent and down to earth. She genuinely cares about my health and listens intently to all my concerns. We need more providers like Dr. Osman!
Great service
Dr. Osman provides great care to women. She has great bedside manner-something you don't encounter a lot of anymore. She's such a caring physician and she actually listens to her patients-which is a plus in this day and time.
I am always waiting over 2 hours to be seen. Waste of my entire day. Staff is rude, no compassion or empathy for their patients
It kills me to give 1 star here. Let me say that this is not 1 star for Dr Osman. It's 1 star for the staff, I think her name was Kiera. I called to change my appointment because I didn't want to see the PA. The woman (Kiera?) changing the appointment was rude and practically hung up on me. She kept reminding me that she was doing me a favor. Her attitude was nasty. I love Dr Osman, 10 stars all the way for her. But unfortunately, this isn't the first time I've been disappointed by the general attitude from her staff.
