I had a root canal followed by a crown. The ceown was bulky and needed a lot of adjustments which they concidered as monor adjustments so they do not have to change it. Then I needed a new night guard because the crown wouldn't fit into the guard. Then the guard didn't fit well and pushes my teeth towards the front. But, they told that no it is good we need to shorten your front teeth and adjust the guard. I was charged another couple of hundred dollars. I'm currently going through an implant procedure with Dr. Amir and Dr. Ali, and I couldn't be more grateful. Both brothers are so kind, professional, and make me feel completely safe and relaxed. Dr. Amir removed my tooth so gently — I didn’t feel any pain at all during the surgery. Dr. Ali has been very kind and attentive throughout the process, and I feel confident knowing he’ll be finishing the final step of the treatment. Very long waiting time to see the doctor up to a month which was fine, but then they called a day a head of the appointment and canceled on me and pushed the appointment for 20 days later, after all of that waiting my estimate was not sent and i was calling trying to understand the situation but the front desk started yelling at me no clue why. I would say after all of this waiting i got nothing she happily cancelled my appointment and i need to find another dentist. Thanks for the worst service!!
I have been Dr. Vali, dr Amir, and dr Ali patient. They are very professional, transparent, and caring. I highly recommend this dental office.
