After a hour wait .. Let’s just I called osha they left pees samples all over the bathroom, doctor was too busy for me and left me in the exam room finally a nurse helped me when she saw I was left after ours . They never sent me my results. I left messages and the billing manager said and what do you want me to about the doctor has too many patients. Very rude . Don’t go here!!!!! They mixed up my chart after a week of not getting anything
Like why even schedule an appt when u have to sit and wait almost 2 hours to be seen. It's ridiculous smh
I comes to app I set to have std screening and recheck up from bacteria infect this MF grimes comes in my room high strong as if his slow ass couldn't read my paperwork that stated what I was here for. Medicare covers any doctors app I have so whatever I appointment for his extras wasn't needed by far
Today was my first visit with Dr.Jordan. My experience was very satisfying. She’s very sweet, and down to earth. I love how she communicated with me and explained everything! She gave me a lot of helpful information, even pulled out her personal phone to show me information. She made me feel comfortable, and it felt like I’ve been a patient for a while. Her staff were really sweet and professional, I didn’t feel any bad vibes or energy.
I want to thank all the medical staff and the doctor for their wonderful treatment
