Insensitive. Uncaring. He told my primary to order a med while I waited for an initial appointment, then denied he told the primary to order it. He gives verbal instructions on medications, but will not put those instructions in the AVS. Red flag! He refused to discuss side effects of medications before or during treatment. He is mostly interested in increasing the number of follow-up appointments than treating a person effectively.
Great doctor, great person! Extremely intelligent and helpful with explanations. Calm, Listens, passionate. I highly recommend him!!
When you have a chronic and frustrating medical issue, it can be very a stressful journey. Dr. Mustafa and Kim are wonderful partners with their patients in their wellness journeys. Dr. Mustafa is a very active listener and is proactive and common sensical with his treatment plans. Kim brings abundant joy and helpfulness to what can be a stressful experience for many. We need more teams like Dr. Mustafa and Kim in our healthcare system. Thankful they are in my corner.
This is Jeffrey Rose. Patient of Dr. Mustafa. Had the best experience with Dr.Mustafa. Very kind and very helpful. Really took good care of my needs. And nurse Kim is the best. She is so caring and helpful. I wish all doctors and nurses made me feel as comfortable to talk to as Doctor Mustafa and Nurse Kim. Nurse Kim should be a role model for all Nurses.
