I have worked with Karen at KW Windows several times for both custom made valances and ordering Hunter Douglas shades. The quality of her work is excellent. She is extremely pleasant, professional and timely. I would highly recommend her business.

Karen is a consummate professional, responsive with requests. I was delighted with the Hunter Douglas’s blinds I purchased a few years ago . This year when the HD automatic skylight shade snapped , I reached out to Karen with the details . As it was under warranty, the shade was replaced at no charge within 3 weeks and scheduled to install. I upgraded to a solar power shade and am delighted . Karen’s installer Steve is also terrific - polite, efficient and a good explainer of the HD app and how to get best use of the remote!
