Do not use this company if you want a clean pool. Truly awful service and even worse customer service, Kevin Halawy the owner is extremely unprofessional. Do not use this company.
Stay away! Horrible service Kevin is the worst, He gives Terrible customer service too! He (Kevin) swears he comes and cleans per our schedule - I have home cameras that show he does not. He kept asking us to up our frequency to every week when he wouldn’t even come regularly every other week. Over the last five months we have called with concern 4 times and each time no Resolve. “Pay me to come more and it will be better” but he doesn’t show up on the schedule we have now.
