My experience KH Exteriors is extremely poor. Seven months after signing the contract, Nov 2025, we still do not have the three seasons room we ordered, as of 30 June 2036. The owner is extremely acrimonious and unprofessional. They submitted the building permit extremely late in the process and we have to wait for approval with no firm installation date. They have exceeded the installation date per the contract by two months. Extremely difficult to contact by phone. The sales representative does respond to emails.
I recently hired KH Exteriors for several home improvement projects on my rental in VA, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From the very first consultation to the final walkthrough, their team was professional, punctual, and extremely detail-oriented. The project involved replacing 4 windows and installing new gutters.
