The counseling itself is great. Everything that involves the logistics side - insurance, billing, payments etc. - an absolute joke. My claim was processed wrong and when I brought it up with them to try and have it fixed, AND after calling my insurance to make sure I was on the same page with them, every response I got was just some excuse as to why they wont fix it even though it was their mistake. Frustrating…

Kim Hayes is amazing, cares deeply about her patients, and has real results. They do drug and alcohol counseling, marriage counseling, children, out-patient programs. All the counselors are great, and the staff are a joy to work with.
