Bad experience Never want to visit again Overcharged and very rude mechanic i have never seen
1/5 I bought a 2010 Toyota Camry from Garage 312 in Arlington Heights and was verbally told it would be covered for one month. The car started having issues shortly after purchase, and I was unable to get a satisfactory resolution from the dealer. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend avoiding Garage 312. I would not buy a car from them again. Consider purchasing elsewhere, and always get a used vehicle independently inspected and any warranty in writing.
I brought my 2025 Honda Accord to this garage expecting professional and careful service. Unfortunately, after they worked on my car, I started experiencing problems that were not there before. Within that first month, the car developed transmission issues.
