Great service and very qualified installers who did a wonderful job! We changed our trim preference and they were able to accommodate our request and still finished when they said they would! Will definitely order more windows from them!
***ATTENTION*** They keep getting my honest review taken down. Do not use this company. This company is not experienced, and they are very unprofessional. They installed multiple windows in the wrong spot, one window has a huge gap, they installed a broken window, and tore out 2 full window frames. They didn't wrap a single window right and sealed down most of my j channel around the windows.This whole job has been a nightmare. I had a window that somehow shattered. I took it to Kings to see about getting a new one to fit inside my frame. To my surprise the one I received back was so much cheaper than I thought it would be. They did a fantastic job repairing my window. Nice to deal with a Company who doesn’t take advantage of its customers.
I replaced 7 windows and received great service. Andy was very kind and helpful when purchasing windows and had offered to help me fix some issues with other windows I couldn’t replace yet. My favorite part was that he was willing to take his shoes off and work in the dark to get measurements in my 1 year old daughters room after she recently had fallen asleep.
