 I agree with review posted by Michael Rubin.  I have found that office to be highly disingenuous and highly deceptive.   I had a substantial legal matter taking place involving trusts and estates and substantial real estate holdings.  This office , Marsha Maclean , is the manager was replicating  and duplicating my case and entity structures. This agent listed a house where the seller concealed its short-sale status and failed to provide the required seller disclosure. When the seller backed out on the closing date without any valid reason, the agent also showed a lack of responsibility. Be cautious when considering properties in Federal Way WA. In retrospect, I'm relieved that the deal fell through -- working with untrustworthy people would have only caused more headaches. I've since found other sellers and agents who uphold much higher professional standards.

Recently purchased a home listed by this real estate company, represented by Mike Behaylo. There were numerous and ongoing problems with the transaction, including failing to get the fire inspection certificate and allowing the sellers to schedule a move-out date AFTER the closing, without consulting me or making any consideration for my timeline and needs. I had a mostly positive experience working with Mrs.O S. She was very kind, humble, and patient throughout the process. She took the time to explain everything clearly and was quick to get back to me with answers to my questions, which I really appreciated. However, I did encounter some challenges, particularly with the Ibox keyless entry system. It was quite a difficult situation for her, as she had to call multiple times to her boss for assistance. Our experience with Coldwell was very poor. They Intentionally withheld information and did not do what was in the best interest of their client. We feel misled and screwed over. There is a reason why realtors have a horrible reputation-- Coldwell is no different than the rest of them and only care about their commission.

Where do I start. Real estate agents in general don’t have a great reputation for honesty or ethics but still, every time one does something like this it’s still upsetting. I called Lisa Wilkinson yesterday to ask if she’d make an offer for me on a house I loved but had not yet seen, to be sure she’d help to hide the fact from the sellers agent that I hadn’t been there. STAY AWAY! No ethics, no accountability. If you complain they will just ignore you at best. Mary ADZIMA from the Oxford CT offices colluded with the selling agent Kimberly LEVINSON at Trumbull. The house was on the market for 9 months. When I bid I was told there were two other offers. My agent believed her, convinced me to bid full price, they took the offer, NO BEST AND FINAL.
