What a gem of a location! Had a blast of an adventure getting here and was spoiled with stunning panoramic views. A very well appointed unique beach house that has everything you need. To watch the whales from the deck was amazing! The local Trading Post put on a great feed and have supplies which is only a few mins drive from this stunning and unique beach house in the trees. A magic location surrounded by banksia woodland, perched high to capture both sea breeze and amazing views. A constant procession of whales moving south during our September stay. The house is beautiful, comfortable and everything you could want for a relaxing beach holiday. Cooking facilities great and fridge more than big enough for our 6 guests eating in every night. Orchid beach is a lovely little village, and I love its remoteness while still having a lovely comfortable home to return to each day after adventures. Dingo... read more
