Could not be happier with the work done by GB Tile, Giesel and his crew. We had our master bathroom flooring redone as it was improperly installed 4 years ago when we first remodeled. We also had our kitchen backsplash installed and a larger pillar surfaced with thin brick. Super clean, timely and an incredibly hard working crew that delivers absolute quality work. 10/10 would recommend!
Geisel .. and his crew were very reliable throughout the renovation of our bathroom. Their workmanship was excellent and finished the job within 7 days as promised . I would highly recommend them !
Upon hiring this company I was told they would be worth using. 5 trips, 1 chipped tile, no responses including delayed confirmed appointments it’s been a disappointing experience to say the least. The tile wasn’t even laid down with a straight edge or laser to ensure level. Grout lines were done sloppy with no attention to detail. (Calcutta porcelain was installed). Poor work ethic. Geisel sp? Stood me up on an appointment to quote a tile project and ghosted me. He has not returned calls for two days.I would not recommend a business that will not return calls. It reflects poorly on his professional standards
I believed the Google reviews that I read and hired him, but those are clearly suspicious now, I would guess the majority of reviews are from friends and family. I should have investigated further and would have noticed and questioned misspellings of names on business registrations etc (guess why companies do that?). I have seen lots of advertisements where they claim they are BBB accredited. They are not. A simple Google search will confirm this.
