Geisel .. and his crew were very reliable throughout the renovation of our bathroom. Their workmanship was excellent and finished the job within 7 days as promised . I would highly recommend them !

Upon hiring this company I was told they would be worth using. 5 trips, 1 chipped tile, no responses including delayed confirmed appointments it’s been a disappointing experience to say the least. The tile wasn’t even laid down with a straight edge or laser to ensure level. Grout lines were done sloppy with no attention to detail. (Calcutta porcelain was installed). Poor work ethic. Geisel sp? Stood me up on an appointment to quote a tile project and ghosted me. He has not returned calls for two days.I would not recommend a business that will not return calls. It reflects poorly on his professional standards

I believed the Google reviews that I read and hired him, but those are clearly suspicious now, I would guess the majority of reviews are from friends and family. I should have investigated further and would have noticed and questioned misspellings of names on business registrations etc (guess why companies do that?). I have seen lots of advertisements where they claim they are BBB accredited. They are not. A simple Google search will confirm this. I hired G B Tile based on their positive reviews. It was a good decision because my tile floors came out looking absolutely fantastic. There are many positive things to say about this company from beginning to end. Gesiel spent a lot of time with me during the planning process, which I found to be valuable. I was able to go see an example of one of his installations and that gave me confidence in their work.
