You cannot go wrong with these guys! Brian Joseph came back with the correct part exactly when he said he would. He then discovers an issue caused by the builders' plumber, no worries, Brian thought of a work around and even guided me on how to replace the handle when it arrives from Moen. Super nice guy! Ask for him and you will get to meet a terrific technician.

I'm sick of this company. These guys came in ensuring that my insurance cover the issues I had ( we also confirmed with the insurance ourselves - it's covered.) They first never came for over a week. Tried rescheduling multiple time, and then had the audacity to say they had fixed the issue and that we were at fault for not paying them... They. Never. Fixed. The. Issue. Finally, they did come over to only leave us with a poorly inserted/ cheap facet that damage my shower walls. Poor service from the tech to the receptionist ... read more
I waited all day yesterday just to schedule an appointment. My warranty company assigned them. They had not called back by 5. I can't speak of workmanship but customer service is lacking.
Very friendly employees and knowledgeable. They gave me some informative tips on what to look for and pay attention to around the house when it comes to plumbing. I will use their services again.
