The Customer Service is EXTREMELY POOR! They should be ashamed to have this placed staffed with the people they do. Why do people chose to work in Customer Service with no Customer Service Skills? I was there and was told to go ahead and call corporate because I was being an inconvenience and I should be happy someone was willing to help me?!? I guess she didn't realize I Just paid her Salary for a portion of the week?
Great clothes at great prices. Very convenient location also.
I love the store, I can always go there and find a nice pair of boots in my size, but I think I need to find another spot.
