Horrible customer service rude employees never will i shop there again
I shop at K&G Fashion Superstore for work (movies/tv shows) never personal and when I called there corporate customer service they told me I have spent atleast $20,000 since 2012.... In all my years of retail shopping I have never received such awful, disrespectful customer service but from this lady Tisa Barry-Walker at the K&G Fashion Superstore Morrow location...she is the store manger..she is very rude and dismissive. I shop frequently at the K & G Fashion Superstore Atlanta so I know what good service is..

Excellent selection in the store. Everything you need from head to toe.
Selection was nice, employees aren't trained well and give the wrong info. I didn't like that the young lady folded all of our slacks (4 pair) when asked to leave them on hangers, she had the audacity to say she would give me the hangers back so i could do it. I informed her Im not an employee and its not my job.
According to the cashier, it is "company policy" that customers have to provide a phone number when buying anything there (supposedly for the purpose of returns / exchanges) Well any company that doesn't let you opt out of providing such info at a brick and mortar store will not get my $$$.
