The technicians from KG Air are very efficient. I had an ongoing problem with my central heating unit, but they were able to fix the issue in a short amount of time. They arrived on time and detected the problem in no time and provided a clear explanation of the issue. They also offered helpful information to help me avoid experiencing future technical issues and offered a maintenance service at a very low cost. Very professional!
KG Air came to our house with short notice and did a great job. They were very informative, patient with my questions, and made sure I was satisfied with their work. I highly recommend them.
Arrived timely related to an intermittent heater malfunction. Took the time to diagnose the problem, was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Replaced the thermostat and gave us a few days to be certain that was the issue before collecting payment. Heater now functioning normally.
