I had called multiple times over a two week span. I was looking to rent a tent, chairs, tablecloths, dishes, cake stands etc. Each time I was told that the woman I needed to speak to was out of the office and would call me back. I waited over another week before going elsewhere and never received a call back. Very disappointed in the customer service.
