The ONLY reason I'm still leasing an office is because of it's location. The building is frequently rented to church groups and others who make way too much noise and have no respect for the other tenants. The cleaning crew is the worst too. The trash cans are usually full and I have to empty my own office trash because the cleaning guy told me he doesn't have a key to my office. Never ever ever be a tenant there. Meth smoking in the bathroom, empty 40oz beer cans in the kitchen trash, loud tenants, and worst of all the property management which has completely deteriorated this building in the last 6 years. It used to be beautiful and cheery and sparkling clean with engineers, accountants and such as tenants. Now it's got a weave shop, some mortgage company and a bunch of business that work with Medicaid.

This building looks amazing on the outside. The office spaces on the inside are great for small businesses and a good look for growing businesses. The per month pricing is fair. I enjoy being a tenant in this building and running into all the nice people in the halls everyday. strongly suggest any and all to come check out the office suites here.
