I worked with this company over 16 years ago for over 4yrs doing Title and escrow back then they were an amazing company to work WITH and for. As I have transitioned through my job careers I was thrilled to see that the company was still up and running, so I thought I would circle back Around to them since my experience/season with them was so awesome. Kforce Employee Agency is very unprofessional. HR will show interest in candidacy and then they ghost you. We tried to reach out a couple of times via email and call but no response. Very bad experience.
Unprofessional. Never get back to you to update you on the status of your application. The "Manager" sends me all the information in regard to uploading my passport and resident info (I am a Canadian citizen and will need visa sponsorship to work), and not a single response. I will not recommend this company to anyone to waste their time on.
They will never answer the phone, don’t call the number. I called corporate and they said you have to call a main line and leave a voicemail with a job ID to get a call back. I’m a former employee. I’m not sure why the Phoenix office has a phone number if they’re not going to answer the phone. I have left several voicemails over the past few months and I haven’t gotten one call back or even an email. This is a shameful way to operate a staffing agency. Pure laziness.
