Terrible customer service. I’ve ordered delivery a few times. I’d say 50% of the time something is wrong with the order. Forgot a drink or didn’t put sauce on the chicken, etc. Ordered just now: food came cold and the bubble tea wasn’t in the order. They said the driver forgot to pick up the bubble tea. So they offered to give me a refund for that, even though it was the driver’s fault. But wouldn’t do anything about the cold food, because that’s also the driver’s fault. Make it make sense. I have ordered since 10/18/25 and I see there was a reason. I understand times are hard but when I used to order the spicy egg rolls there were 3 in the order. Now it's only 1 egg roll for the 4.99 with a soupy sauce, not like it used to be. I hope things change but today was my last order plus entree plates reduced in size but the same price. I used to love the kalbi plates but definitely not worth the price. Very unreasonable
The proteins are all good, but I especially love the kalbi. The marinated mushrooms are a great side and you have to try the KFire balls!
