Please do something with the service. Waiting so long and yet got ignore. Is this KFC standard? It drop so much. I have waited for almost an hour. Look at review that has been so many of the same complaints but yet to even improve. I don't really do a review. I think this is my first or second time. Meaning it is really bad.
Please don't go to this KFC. I wonder what kind of staff is hired here !!!!! The burger had a very bad stench. They told me no jelly ice cream and replaced it with Kit Kat, which was smashed/crushed when I opened it. Pics are added . Pls avoid going to this outlet . I feel the burger was spoiled aso . I had a great experience at KFC Sunway Pyramid. The staff were polite, friendly, and welcoming throughout my first visit today. Even though it was very busy during dinner time, they still served every customer with a smile and remained attentive. Their positive attitude and excellent customer service really stood out and made the dining experience enjoyable. I even wanted to take a photo of these handsome staffs to compliment them, but they were too shy!
Very disappointing experience at this outlet. I waited around 20 minutes just for a takeaway burger. When I finally received it, the burger bun and cheese were extremely hard and impossible to eat. It felt like the food was not fresh at all. The service was also very slow due to lack of manpower. There was only one staff member handling the front counter while the rest were in the kitchen.
