After completing the order and waiting for 10 minutes, the clerk only told me that I could not eat in the store today because of maintenance, and then i asked for refund. They said that I would have to wait 21 days, Then I was forced to accept the order by take away. After working all day, I was very hungry. I went back to my home for more than 20 kilometres and waited until the food was cold before I could enjoy it. The service was very good. I will introduce more friends to come👍👍
Very disappointed with KFC Setiawangsa's delivery service. Ordered a Family Bucket via the KFC app at 7:30 PM for a family gathering, but the food never arrived even by 10:00 PM. Multiple calls to the outlet and customer support went unanswered. I eventually went to the store myself and was told that the rider had allegedly stolen the order.
