I ordered food and waited far too long even though the monitor clearly showed my order was already prepared. The food was placed aside on the rack without anyone calling my number or informing me.I noticed one staff member, the girl who set my order aside, ignored me even though I was waiting at the counter. When I asked about my order number, she rudely replied “wait, wait” and still didn’t give me my food. Only when another colleague asked for my order number did I finally receive it. We litterally saw mice (in plural) crawling pass the vent on the plaster ceiling at 2nd floor. The noise make us instantly lost our appetite to eat. No wonder when we first enter the whole place has an unpleasant smell… kfc this is not how u should live up to your global level branding… i dont even know how they get past the the hygiene check from local council…
