I must say so far not impressed. I waited for a week for my status to change to shipped as my item was apparently in store. When I asked for an eta I was told the item is not in stock and was offered a substitute, to which I agreed. I asked for an eta stating the equipment was needed for Monday. Checking now there is no update so I would assume the items have not been dispatched as of yet. Could definitely do better when you are literally a shop that sells things.
Great service, a great range of roofing materials and a great range of quality roofing tools. The delivery turned up to site on time to meet the crane .
