I ordered a 12 piece bucket and I asked the worker if the chicken was fresh and she said yes but when I went home the chicken tasted like it was refried and they were so dry I had to drink w after every bite💔I used to love eating here but now I’m going to boycott.I don’t recommend anyone to eat here.I hope the franchise will take action upon this matter

Kecewa dengan service KFC kali ni. Tunggu hampir sejam untuk makanan, lepas tu nombor orang yang datang kemudian pula dipanggil dulu sedangkan saya dah tunggu lama. 😐 Bila tanya staff pun cara layanan agak rude dan tak mesra langsung. Kalau memang kena tunggu lama sebab order banyak, sekurang-kurangnya boleh explain dengan baik dan ikut turutan nombor yang sepatutnya. Memang shit kfc taman u ni! harap tutup je lingkup je. Tunggu lama dah cukup mengecewakan, bila layanan pun macam ni memang lagi buat customer frustrated.

Sangat kecewa, bgi ayam tahun bila? Aku ni makan bayar tau, bukan free,, ko bgi kucing ayam tu blom tentu dia nak makan,, jgn buat org mcmni. Psl Mkn tau, lbih tutup jela KFC ko... Aku tk pernah lagi dapat ayam KFC mcmni,, tlg tukar staf kerja dan ajar pekerja ko buat kerja Btul2, benci btul aku psl bab Mkn korang buat mcmni,, apasal plk tk boleh masuk gmbar kt sni, geram plk aku,

VERY BAD STAFF ATTITUDE AND VERY POOR MANAGEMENT. This is already the SECOND TIME this has happened. I waited at the drive-through for quite some time, but nobody even bothered to respond or take my order. When I went to the payment counter, I saw TWO STAFF MEMBERS casually chatting at the drive-through window.
