I was disappointed because the KFC outlet closed earlier than expected, before 9:15 PM. The operating hours should be clearly communicated to customers to avoid inconvenience. I arrived hoping to place an order, but the restaurant was already closed. I hope they can improve their service and provide more accurate closing times in the future.
