Absolutely disgusting service. I have never been this disappointed with a food delivery service before. I placed my order at 2 PM, with an estimated delivery time of 2:54 PM, and it is now almost 7 PM. ALMOST FIVE HOURS, AND I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY FOOD. repeatedly called customer support, and nobody even bothered to answer. Took my money but couldn’t deliver my food? No explanation, no accountability. I regret ordering here. KFC, do better. Absolutely pathetic.
The lady manager ignore me . And the cashier attitude is also quite bad . The whole place smells like a kitchen the exhaust system seems to be not working at all . Bad experience .
