I went inside KFC for faster service. That was a joke! She took an order from the drive thru and it took forever. It took several minutes for the staff to even acknowledge me. They all just act so lethargic and unconcerned! She didn't bother to ask if I wanted original or extra crispy. She smashed up one of the biscuits and just threw it in the bag! Sad day at the KFC in Clifton today. Ordered a number 8 5 piece tender meal. They had cars pulling forward to wait for their meals. After 25 minutes of waiting I was the only customer left. I went inside to find no customers inside and the employees joking around. No food seem to be being prepared. The manager's name was Ariana. She ultimately gave me a refund for my meal and I left with no food. Pretty sad store
We haven't eaten there for well over a year and decided to try it again. Well I was super surprised that it was actually really good! We got the 8 piece bucket meal and everything was as it should be. Fresh and tasty! Thank you KFC
Not enough food prepared
Chicken was good. Ordered12 price meal and no biscuits m, but got the butter and honey hmm…
My food was great the service was amazing I will definitely be going back, I do recommend the Coolidge Az location, friendly service from all the staff
great food and quick. food is always hot and fresh
EMPLOYEES IN THE MORNING ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND POLITE AND MY FOOD IS ALWAYS HOT AND FRESH.
