Terrible corporate customer service
visited that Lawrenceburg ind store Sunday at 5:00 the chicken was almost black looked like the grease has not been changed in week I stop going to KFC because of the food as not been good .
The KFC in Grass Valley Calif. could not provide a drink carrier! I’m a senior and I had to make 2 trips from my car to the house and it’s not a short walk. When they used to have carriers they are the egg carton kind and the drinks fall over. I’m paying a lot more money for this food since the employees started getting 20.00 an hour, I expect a decent drink carrier!
I ordered honey barbecue tenders from KFC on Northside Drive in Jackson, MS for lunch today. When I got back to work and checked my order, it was burnt and disgusting. I called back up there and was told to bring it back. I work to far for that. They knew when they fixed my order, that it was not right.
