Regarding: KFC N. Main, Dayton Ohio. It is worth noting (online) that the employees have the BEST customer service (CS) skills I've seen in a long time, since my fast-food days! I've witnessed that they work well as a team. Yes, I did call that location & expressed my appreciation. CSIt's a rare skill these days. Great job KFC employees North Main in Dayton Ohio!!!
Yes, the KFC in Shelbyville Tennessee is the worst place I have ever bought chicken from Want a three piece fried chicken dark meat got a four piece dark meat and it wasn’t what I wanted because it was someone else’s order. The boxes were full of grease. My husband pulled them out of the sack and he fell everywhere. I think this place needs to be shut down to train some other people to do their job right the manager was really obnoxious And rude that chicken was so greasy I wouldn’t feed it to my dog. Went through the drive-thru at 160 Russell Rd. Ashland Ky. 41102 at approx. 2:50 today (10/17/25} and ordered two lg. gizzards. The girl working the drive-thru yelled at me that she didn't have gizzards. I thought that maybe they had to cook them so I started to ask her. I got two words out and she yelled again "I don't have any gizzards". I buy from this KFC all the time and never have I been yelled at. My friend & I went thru drive thru last night around 8:30 pm. My order was a famous KFC bowl with extra chicken & gravy. What i got was chicken that was under the heat lamp for way to long. It was so hard I, nor my dogs could eat it. My friend had ordered a meal that she didn't get sour cream with & they also gave us no silverware.
