There is a girl at the counter whose name I do not know, as she was not wearing a name tag. Unfortunately, her attitude towards customers was extremely disappointing. Her behaviour was rude, unwelcoming, and unprofessional throughout my visit. I am not sure whether she is facing personal issues, work-related stress, or other problems, but that should not affect the way customers are treated.
