Very bad service , Use grab order always dont want accept order and reject waste us times , then after 1hours already 10pm systerm just auto respone shop no accept order , too many times like this , pui pui pui!!!
KFC Puchong Gateway. Beli melalui Grab Food makanan tetapi item tidak mencukupi bila hantar. Kalau setakat 1 item boleh la sabar . Ini dah la beli Lebih Rm100.00 lepas tu 1 burger & 1 fries tiada. Bila complain Grab centre tiada tindakbalas. Lepas ni serik dah order di sini. Order dgn Grab pun sama, baik guna Food Panda lebih better.

Order delivery for few times, they never get the correct orders. Not giving accurate instruction for short items return. Sometime the chicken is still abit raw and cause me food poisoning, and I believe their cooking oil is not clean as I had diarrea mosg of time when ordering chicken from them. Worst kfc branch ever.
