Excuse me, memang sikit macam ni ke ?? Bfore this tak macam ni pun… and tolong senyum sikit dgn cust. Ni tak i just ask kalau blh tukar ayam lain but she literally tarik muka.. the manager ok je senyum but the girl staff yg shift malam ni hampeh tarik muka ngn cust
Not sure if it is the microphone, the speaker, or the listener but why can’t you take order properly in the drive-thru. I repeated my order 3 times during payment only she realised that she had taken the wrong order. I didn’t even get to choose what drinks. Obviously, the menu in the drive-thru was not visible. I remember long ago in this very same branch, the person taking my order rushed me to order while I was looking for the dish that I wanted to order. If you want people to order quickly, you make the menu extra visible... read more
The staff say it take 10 minutes. We waiting for 25 minutes for my order.
