Manager told me they haven't changed their cooking oil in over 2 months.
Just a friendly reminder when someone orders mashed potatoes, please make sure you put their gravy with their order. I ordered a family meal with a side of mashed potatoes and gravy and mac & cheese with an extra side of mashed potatoes and gravy. No one bothered to put gravy with the extra side of mashed potatoes. It’s not that hard guys.
I went through literally 10 mins ago. They didn’t even give me the 3 thighs I paid for!
I ordered the 20$ family fill up with 2 sides got home had 3.4 losy pieces of chicken / nuggets/ fries and biscuits. It was box different i just assumed it was a new way of packing. SO BE SURE AND CHECK EVERY INCH OF YOUR ORDER
