Went to get food at 10:24pm after work and 3 workers in building and one walking out with food. but was closed no one ever answered the speaker box or spoke to us after sitting and waiting. Website says 11pm closing time.
Ordered my regular Tuesday night order at drive through. Order was taken correctly as the price was $26.18 cash as every week. When I got home I found my chicken breast was missing. I checked the receipt which was not included with my food. Now anyone can make a mistake but customer service is what you do about it. I called in 3 times and all I got was a message to enter a code. When not given an opportunity to talk with an employee, there is no way to resolve. KFC, the ball is in your court.
Excellent staff and manager! Got my order correct and went out of their way to help when I made a special request. This is the best KFC location I have ever been to and the management is some of the most distinguished I have encountered.
