They were out of chicken sandwiches then one of the workers went up to the manager and asked him if he dated outside his race and he commented no I think it messes up the culture funny thing is my kid is mixed and to hear that was very unprofessional and nor the time or place for that conversation

The owners of this place must be extremely proud! The customer service is non-existent, they’re always closed early, sometimes you get fresh food if your willing to wait 20-30mins cause they’re ALWAYS SLOW

I had one of the worst experiences at this KFC. At 8:49 PM on a Saturday night, the manager got on the intercom and announced they were out of wings for the rest of the night. For a chicken restaurant that doesn’t close until midnight, this is unacceptable. Running out of your signature product during peak weekend hours shows poor planning and a lack of care for customers. Very disappointing.

Came in to order a 16 piece family meal and some extra. Was never told up front that there was a wait for the food. It wasn’t until my husband went back up to ask to substitute a side in one of our orders that we found out they were out of chicken and it was a 30 minute wait. We told them it was fine. After 30 minutes I asked one of the workers how much longer because we weren’t told in the beginning that they were out of chicken and I wouldn’t have ordered so much food if that was the case.
