We came last week and ordered food and everything was good. This week we came ordered the same thing and the lady in the drive thru had an attitude when asking questions. My daughter wanted Mac and cheese bowl like she got the week before and they don’t sell that anymore but if I ordered online I can get it. This KFC‘s lobby was closed for our visit however I ordered online. The online ordering system reverted my sides and gave me different than what I had selected, but this store made it right. They went above and beyond with a pleasant attitude. I could see from the window that the store is very clean and well kept and well managed! I was very impressed with this KFC!
Ordered the 16 piece chicken tender family meal got to the window was told it would be a 17 min wait and to pull forward we did and 20 mins goes by and the lady comes back out to inform us that their chicken tenders are froze and asked if we wanted the chicken bucket instead we said no and got a refund it was just disappointing that we we waited so long just to be told something they should have already known
Everytime me and my husband come through there the drive-thru was always messed up and when we get to the window and order our food it takes forever they make us pull up and wait for 20 minutes and the chicken from KFC original recipe by the time I get home it is not fresh not hot, also we've tried Long John silver's and it is just as awful. I will be calling corporate office because KFC used to be my favorite restaurant when I was younger and now it's not even mediocre it should be shut down it is that terrible.
