The employees are awesome. Their on line ordering had hick ups but they were so helpful and apologetic. They are one of the hardest working crews I've seen. Shout out to Cammie,Jonathan, Mike and Miss Hiley. You Rock.
Short staffed workers doing the best they can. I really empathize for them. I have gotten the wrong order several days in a row or missing items from order
This is the second time I’ve been up there where they didn’t take my order and when they did it took 30 minutes and then they came out and asked what my order was and nobody was in the line but me
When they DO have what you want, theyre ok. The bowls are always hot and the chicken is usually hit or miss. I come to check on them sometime because now I can't rely on KFC. Its a plan B always in effect because either they're out of chicken or any sides but slaw, closed the LJS side early, or they left/closed early.
Absolutely the worst experience i have ever had anywhere. Spent over $60 dollars and was missing a bunch of food. Chicken was cold and soggy. Manager hung up on me twice. Will never go this establishment again.
