Attentive staff, great food!
If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. I placed an ordered this evening at 3:48pm while I was at work for my kids. I got off at 7pm so I order the meal for 2, the 10 pc chicken wings, and the chocolate chip cake... paid for an the KFC app. The chocolate cake was not delivered, when I tried to call, and I called 13 times I was hung up on twice, I was not able to reach anyone. I understand people make mistakes, but at least have some respect and fix it. I would not recommend going to the KFC in Pickens.
That man manager that works in there is amazing! But I just ordered online and went to pick up my food and that girl with the blue hair is AWEFUL TO PEOPLE she’s being nasty to the cook and slamming stuff and throwing stuff! I love going usually but today she is the reason I won’t go back
Great customer service & the food was good & hot!!
