Went through drive thru and Brittany who took our order was very rude. She had a man get on and he was also rude. When we got our order that was wrong, the GM brought it out and was unprofessional with us and would give us no info on how to contact the owners.
The quality of this KFC has dropped substantially over the last few months. The food is always extremely greasy, overcooked, or cold. The chicken was rubbery, the fries were sad and cold, and they forgot the sauce. Customer service also needs improvement.
The place is dirty and unkempt. Thursday the man taking orders was rude and outspoken. When asked about the rudeness he started swearing and told to get off his drive. Not the way to do business.
Drive thru worker was so awesome! Food was wonderful.
