Wow! 10 months later, I decided to try KFC again and I was totally disappointed AGAIN! I explicitly asked for fresh food because of my last experience. The food that I received appeared to have been sitting for a while- temperature lukewarm. The fries were old, cold, and greasy. There used to be a time KFC took pride in the product that they put out and now they don't and it's very disappointing. Over cooked chicken and dripping grease. Ice cold mashed potatoes and sweet tea tasted like it had 5 pounds of sugar in it. I pointed out the unusual dark chicken and was told that's how they cook there chicken.Golden is the color of fried chicken. Hope someone up the ladder reads this.
Clean cafe and fresh food. Im big on customer service. It was...ok not great! Workers have to realize that just taking an order and being present isn't customer service.
