Do not go out of your way to patronize this establishment! I drove across the county 25 miles, even passed by Maple Ave KFC because I thought for sure Huffman mill road would get my order right. Amanda (manager at Huffman Mill loc) is very unprofessional and far from customer focus. I ordered the hot wings which I knew were cooked as order. Janay (very friendly and helpful) told me a 10 min wait. I waited 25 mins and pulled back into the drive thru line and to tell Janay I was still waiting (to her surprise). When Janay spoke to Amanda about the order, I saw Amanda go to the pull out tray where they were kept and begin to pack my order. The wings were just sitting in the tray. The employees here are rude and have attitude problems and need to be retrained in customer service!
I was here on 8/14/26 to get a 3 piece dark meal. It cost me $13.00. I wound up throwing the chicken away ( see picture) it was burnt, dry and looked like it was not cooked all the way. I thankfully saw this after I started trying to eat it. Good way to get sued if a person ate it and got food poisoning. I WILL NOT recommend this place to anybody not even my worst enemy should eat here!! Get a grip KFC and fix your issues before someone gets sick or worse yet dies. They serviced people of color before me, in fact ignored me at the counter, I had pre ordered thru the ap, order wasn't ready yet. No problem until they ignored me to service a person of color who came after me. I have emailed and called corporate but I guess they don't care.
