Stopped in on a Saturday night..Half the employees were walking around smoking another was blocking the counter chit chatting I ordered a 10 piece bucket got home and only had 9.....Never again! Customer Service is a Trajesty here!
Every time I am at this KFC there is no one working it takes at least 30 min in Drive threw. I'm not kidding. I really like KFC too. So it's frustrating and they good around in there so much. I'm mad about it!
They used to have great chicken sandwiches. i don't know where those went but they still have a great chicken and mashed potato bowl and a pretty good bbq chicken sandwich too. Plus, they have Pepsi. YAY!
We stil like KFC after all these years. The Madison St. KFC is pretty good.
