I ordered 2 potpies, took 20 minutes to come out, basically the cook time, no warning, they're usually pre-made like the chicken to keep the customer from waiting that long, the diner did not have clean tables, all the trash cans were full, everyone who came in behind us was waiting just as long, no straws available to customer's, seems very un organized. I walked in and the diner had 2 prior customer's, by the time I left, there was 8 customer's waiting for food.

Yeah, no. Don’t go here. For lunch or for dinner, anywhere in between the team just isn’t organized or able to handle orders on any scale. The crew trainers always quit, so they don’t have anyone who knows how the system should work. It’s pretty rough. The only way it’ll get better is if there’s a management shift. Until then, it’s on par with the service at the Marathon’s Crispy Crunchy Chicken.
