This location was bad a couple of years I went there last time, I happened to come back today and orders carry out, t's still bad, order was incomplete as last time. Definitely not coming back and I suggest you spent your money somewhere else.
Terrible service!! We placed our order using the touch screen. The woman at the counter just put the order on the counter withou calling our name out. They didn't give us napkins, or straws. When we asked for them, the guy at the counter only gave us TWO NAPKINS!!! For four people???!!! This is the worst KFC we have been!! My family and I have bee to other KFCs. Their service is usually fairly good, but this one!! The people are rude, the tables are dirty...the whole place sucks!!
As a disabled veteran, I truly appreciate any business that offers a veteran discount. It means a lot, and I make a point of supporting places that recognize veterans in that way. In fact, that discount is the only reason this review is two stars instead of one. Unfortunately, my recent experience at this KFC was extremely disappointing. My order was simple—just two large gravies and 12 nuggets—yet it took nearly 20 minutes to receive it.
