I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience was so terrible I couldn’t stay silent. I waited 35 minutes for food… and it wasn’t even busy. Just complete disorganization. Mayra, the so-called manager, is unbelievably rude. You can tell she thinks no one notices how she talks to people but we see it. Horrible experience. We ordered our food online at 5:10. It said it would be ready at 5:17pm we arrived at 5:20pm we were going to go in and eat it, i had all my kids. We walked in sat down my husband waited at the counter, there was 3 others waiting by counter as well and a few in the drive thru. There was an order in the mobile order pick up window. ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL SERVICE BY DANIEL!!! made me fresh extra crispy IT WAS AWESOME like the old days!! Coleslaw was fresh and tasty . Mac and cheese was excellent. 5 stars the service was best KFC ever!!! I WILL BE BACK I URGE OTHERS. Try this KFC !!
The store manager working 7/28/25 @ 415 pm has a terrible attitude and an even worse trainer to the workers trying to learn. I'd recommend she be demoted and redo training. I won't be back. I'll go to the store on Horizon. I do not recommend this store.
A lady name Myra she is rude she looks like she didn't want to be there.Took a long time to get my food..The last time I was there the chicken was nice and crispy and warm this time it was cold and it took to long and it wasn't even busy and it looks dirty
