Food was okay. Slow to be served and given my pick up order.
This KFC is the worst! I waited at the drive thru speaker for about 5 mins before someone spoke to me. I only ordered potato wedges. After he runs my card he tells me there's a wait for the wedges. I told him I just want a refund. He told me no, they don't give refunds. Then he starts yelling about how he just got there and it's not his fault and how he was sorry... over and over again. In the drive-through, I ordered a three-piece chicken strip with french fries and a Sprite. The person at the window was very friendly and got my order out quickly. I live less than four minutes from this particular location. When I got home, the fries were very stale and cold. The chicken strips looked very brown, almost burnt. When I bit into one, it was also cold and tasted very stale and had a burned taste as well. Not what I was expecting from KFC.
I am a door dasher, dashing with my Fiancé, he went in to pick up 2 orders, he picked up the first and put it in the vehicle and went back inside. He then asked if two drinks were for a specific customer, like we are supposed to do, we are responsible for the customer orders after we take it from y'all, please tell me why your worker decided to yell at him saying "Y'all can't read" and aggressively tap the receipt. I've been to this KFC two nights in a row at about 7:15-7:30 pm and both times they had no chicken cooked. How can this happen especially at dinner time on a weekend they should have been putting more in to fry when they saw they were going to be busy and selling a lot of chicken.
