Ordered through drive though at shift change at received the wrong order. I’ve been calling since then but no one answers the phone.

Placed an online order that was confirmed and marked “ready for pickup.” I drove 20 minutes to the restaurant only to find it closed over an hour before the posted closing time!!! Employees were visibly inside with lights off and refused to answer the drive-thru. Meanwhile, the system continued to show my order as ready. Customer service refused to process a refund even though I never received the food!! This was a complete waste of time and money!!

I ordered a 16-piece tender family meal at 4:22 PM and was asked to pull to the side to wait. After 25 minutes, no one had brought my food, so I walked up to the drive-through window to check on my order. I was told it was “still being worked on” and that they would bring it out.
