Well, it's always something with this location.. yesterday 4/5/26 about 6:30 hubs picked up large mashed and gravy. Maybe it's some new method but for the life of me we can't figure it out. The large gravy contained a small gravy container with a large lid on top.. very little gravy in each. Nobody is answering the phone and we received no receipt. Nothing was spilled from the container.
Upon arriving at this location we were told it would be 30 minutes for chicken. Every time we come here! So this time we decided to wait. 10 other people here waiting on their orders as well. Every time someone walked in they would say "it will be 30 minutes for chicken". As we sat there and waited for our food, we watched as they did not seem to be in a hurry to get the orders out. they had gloves on and were touching food and their faces, not changing gloves or washing hands. The chicken was very bad and bad customer service
Ordered through drive though at shift change at received the wrong order. I’ve been calling since then but no one answers the phone.
