Staff was un attentive, rude, and clearly didn't care about customers. They argued with each other infront of everyone.
This location is a mess. I ordered a 3-piece extra crispy, had to repeat it three times, and they still got it wrong (now Im starting to think it may have been on purpose). Told it’d take 30 minutes for chicken too cook. I told the cashier I would wait, she laughed like it was a joke. Got to the window — two employees just staring at me in disbelief that I wanted to wait and they would actually have to fry chicken — and when I questioned the wait time, the girl got attitude. My review is strictly about the honey bbq wings they brought back!!! this is the probably the only item I will buy from here but 10/10. They were hot crispy and dripping in sauce!!! Also, one of the only fast food places that Has pepsi products! The pepsi is soooo strong & taste so good if you are craving one. Trust me won’t disappoint Service was quick, drive through moved quickly, staff was accommodating
The food was great, but the lady at the drive thru was rude.
Placed an order through the KFC mobile app for pick up. Arrived at the restaurant 10 mins after placing the order. Once inside I got in line behind 2 other customers who were there for "mobile pick ups" my guess would be that they were delivery drivers as they were looking at their phones trying to pronounce the names for the orders. After standing there for 10 additional minutes we all were told that they would have to serve the "Window" before they would serve anyone in the lobby.
