Just don't understand why you would offer door dash when 2/3 times you make the driver cancel the order because you can't fulfill it?

I am so disappointed. I placed a delivery order through instacart and 3 drivers.... yes THREE. Said the order was never ready after an hour and 15 minutes. I called the store multiple times and no one answered for at least 10 minutes and when they did answer, they confirmed the order was, in fact, NOT ready. The drivers all said that the workers were all just laughing and joking in the kitchen but that the people that came in to order got their orders pretty quickly. My wife visited this location 6/2/2026 at around 1400 hours . She ordered chicken and was told that they did not have extra crispy only had original recipe and wife said sure to the original recipe. At this point the professional employee said you can leave. My wife asked are you speaking to me no answer. The phone number in google rings no answer. I went to place my order through the drive through and the lady asked me what I would like. I told her the 10 piece extra crispy. She said they were all out but had regular was that ok. I said sure. Very hatefully She says, “At this point you can just leave”!!!! So i did!! I will never ever be back to another KFC ever again.
